Virgin Ginger Mimosas

  • Ice
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 8 ounces plain sparkling water
  • 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
  • 1 tangerine, peeled and divided into wedges
  • 1 six-inch sprig of fresh rosemary


Add ice into a high ball glass and then add orange juice. Top off with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh ginger slice and two tangerine wedges. Use rosemary sprig as stir stick. Makes 1 serving.
