Very Berry Smoothie

  • 2 cups frozen berries of choice
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey


In an electric blender, add all ingredients and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes 2 servings. Soy milk and soy yogurt may be substituted for non-dairy diets.
