Ingredients:

Ahi Poke

  • 1 1/2 lb ahi
  • 1 cup limu manauea (seaweed), blanched
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons inamona (prepared ground kukui nut)
  • 1 teaspoon coarse chili pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Hawaiian salt
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Directions:

Cut ahi into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, combine all ingredients; toss gently. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
