GEM$ On-Bill Money Saver Program

The Hawaii Green Infrastructure Authority (HGIA) Green Energy Money $aver (GEM$) On-Bill Program helps eligible customers to save on their bills by providing easy built-in financing for clean energy improvements like solar water heating and rooftop solar.

LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) is a federal program that provides qualifying low-income households with a one-time credit to offset household energy costs. Applicants may apply, once per program year, for one of two types of credit: Energy Credit (EC) or Emergency Crisis Intervention (ECI).

Ohana Energy Gift Program

The Ohana Energy Gift is a thoughtful and practical way to gift friends and family or to help others in need.

Special Medical Needs

The Special Medical Needs program is designed to help assist with the costs of customers who may be in need. Customers that are dependent on life support equipment used in their homes and/or have increased heating and cooling needs due to their medical conditions, may qualify for reduced electricity rates.
